We work with clients in a variety of ways.  Some contract us to provide a full HR service, others ‘pick and mix’ elements of what we do.  We have five main areas that we work in:

Talent Acquisition

Need some advice on finding the right person for a role? Let us help you with recruitment. Our consultants are available to assist with job descriptions, adverts and interviews. We also provide training on recruitment.

Let our consultants draft contracts, handbooks and onboarding plans for your organisation. Contracts and handbooks can incorporate industry specific wording as necessary.

A well-thought out induction plan can go a long way in familiarising them with their new role and your company.

There may be times when employment ends, this can be through choice or due to the needs of the business.

If an employee resigns, then we can conduct exit interviews. Exit interviews are useful tools to determine any trends for leavers.

Sometimes, organisations need to make the difficult decision to end employment. These may be due to performance, conduct or restructures.

Employment law can be a minefield and we are well-placed to help you navigate it to ensure employees are treated fairly and you meet your legal requirements.
