Madison HR was founded in 2019 by Louise Murray and Kavya Andersen-Tuffnell. Having worked together in the HR department of a top London accountancy firm, they set up Madison HR to support SMEs with talent management and engagement.
In 2022, Louise left the team to pursue her love of travelling and Kavya took the helm.
Kavya Andersen-Tuffnell:
Kavya has worked with and for a wide range of SMEs across a range of sectors, including digital, education, retail, trade associations and not for profit. She has international experience and is a qualified Mental Health First Aid practitioner.
She is CIPD qualified and uses this extensive expertise to the benefit of her clients, providing them with advice to optimise talent within their organisations.
In her spare time, Kavya enjoys the cinema and travelling.
